Free Standard shipping Australia wide for all orders via Australia Post. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase (not including weekends or public holidays). *Please allow extra time during sale periods.

Once your order has departed and is on its way to you, you will receive an email with all of the information… including a tracking number. Watch your delivery all the way from our place to yours and get ready to Vibe higher!

RETURNS.

All Vibe Body orders are packed with love and care however if you have received damaged, incorrect or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team by email at hello@vibebody.com.au 

We apologise, but due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind including a satisfaction guarantee. Everyone's skin is different and therefore results may vary.

• How do we add Crystal energy? Using an ancient alchemical process the crystal rock is transformed into a liquified crystal tincture. The liquid crystal is then added to the lotion and absorbed by the skin.

• What is the self life of Vibe Body products? All Vibe Body products have a shelf life of 12 months once opened. Remember to store your product/s in a cool and dry place.

• Are Vibe Body products fragrance free? To comfort, clarify and balance the senses, most Vibe Body product offerings contain a very gentle and soothing fragrance.
